Raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming (his father was a pilot who retired from the United States Air Force with a 100% wartime service connected disability and his mother was a nurse), Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BA, English, 1976) and the University of Wyoming College of Law (JD, 1979).
